EVEREVE: Early Albums To Be Reissued
May 27, 2008Metal Mind Productions has set a June 23 European release date (August 5 in the USA via MVD) for the reissues of the first three EVEREVE albums "Seasons" (1997),"Stormbirds" (1998) and "Regret" (1999). Each limited-edition digipack title (limited to 2,000 copies) will be made available on golden disc, digitally remastered using 24-bit technology.
EVEREVE's music is defined by clean vocals (as opposed to death grunts),generally English lyrics (though Abraza La Luz" on 2002's ".enetics" was in Spanish, and "Stormbirds" also had songs in French and German),more predominant use of synthesizer than typical metal bands, and the occasional use of vocal samples to introduce many of their songs (though this has declined in recent years). The band describes its particular brand of metal as cyber goth.
